Is there a way to order contacts you define in the contacts tab and to group them??

All,

not all contacts are created equal.  To effectively help new hires build the right networks in the right time frame, it is helpful to be able to group and order contact that someone should engage with, and the timeframe when those contacts should be made.

Is there a way to do this given the current tool?

Thank for any recommendations

    Nicu,

Thanks for responding.  I am actually in the onboarding tool working on creating a template.  When thinking about contacts, there are those people need to meet quickly after starting in a new role, and those who they need to meet but are in a group where it is less urgent.  I want the ability to indicate for someone consuming a guide that contacts fall into groups that either categorize the timing of engagement, or about who are contact directly related to their role, or where there is an indirect relationship.

The onboarding tool doesn't let me categorize contacts into groups, and specify importance (and thus urgency for engaging with them).

    Thanks,

    Keith

    Hi Yedlin,

you are right, you cannot categorise the contacts, but what I would do, is to write in the subject of each section if it's urgent or not, mandatory or not and arrange the sections in the order they must be done.

    I hope this helps.

    regards,

    Nicu
