CRM Portal - can the user entity be configured for portal users so that user activity can be audited?

Can the user entity be configured for portal users (rather than the contact entity) so that user activity can be audited with the out of the box CRM audit features?

    Hi Laura,

    It may be the reason or there could be another setting that you are missing, as I can see this option in our dev instance, will look into further will update if I will find any setting for the same.

    Unfortunately "Enable Tracking" does not appear in the Page Options section. I am on a trial version, so maybe that is why??

    Hi,

    You can't do real time auditing but a workaround could be to use page tracking in portal, you can get some details like date/timd stamp, ip etc.

    Hi,

    You can't do that portal is based on the contact entity so there is no way to use user entity for portal.
