ReportI am in the middle of setting up Business Central for our company. We have hit a couple of roadblocks, one of them being that there are only 20 characters allotted for the item no. and the cross reference no. this is quite the issue as most vendors that we work with have 25 + characters as their item number.
What is the best way to overcome this issue?
1. Extend this via an add-on
2. Create a custom field (which likely also requires an add-on)
