I've tried that too, and the error still is not resolved. I've also tried deleting the registry and reinstalling still to no avail.

I would simply recommend copying the whole GP folder from the machine which is not having the issue to the corrupted one.

Thank you for the response. Unfortunately, I've tried this and I still get the error on the computer. The strange thing is that I do not get the error when I try reproducing the error on a computer that is not having the issue. The computer having the problem is a HP Compaq 6300 Pro SFF.
If this is not happening at every workstation, try the following:
Take the Dynamics code folder (GP Program Folder) from a workstation where the error does not appear when logging in and copy it to the workstation where the error message does appear.
Edit the Dex.ini file and set Synchronize=True in order to re-synchronize the dynamics.dic file.
Attempt to log in.
