All the contacts added on Dynamics 365 are automatically available (including their phone number) one the phone of my users, thanks to microsoft exchange.
It is very useful.
But the contact information of my user themselves are not synchronised in the same way. I want the phone number of my users automatically available on exchange, and so automatically synchronised on the phones synchronised with my exchange.
I know I can create a contact on Dynamics for each of my users. This will work but I do not like this solution because it can create confusion between a user and the contact I created for this user.
I hope I am clear, it is not easy to explain.
