MPOS Login Error

Dear Experts,

Urgent help is needed!

Please see the screenshot as I am getting the time out error on MPOS. It was working fine before but after I uploaded product master sheet on D365 and synced data jobs to store so after that it is giving me the error. Please help if someone encountered this type of error before. Thanks in Advance

    Hi Daniel,

    make sure "Net.Tcp Listener Adapter" and Net.Tcp Port Sharing Service is in running condition.

    I faced the same issue where MPOS is unable to login due to timeout.

    Usually this error populates because of the slow internet connectivity. Do check the internet and try once again

    You should be able to find details in MPOS log in Event Viewer under Microsoft->Dynamics->Commerce-ModernPos->Operational. So far it looks like your MPOS could not communicate with Retail Server, try to open a browser and paste there the same Url (pointing to your RS) you used while activating a device - what will you see there? If, while looking at MPOS log you will see that the error actually comes from Retail Server than look into Retail Server log, the location in event viewer is similar to MPOS one with the difference in Commerce-RetailServer part.
