I have a customer API, which is about "service lines".
With this API, I can view all the service lines, but can't insert a new service line to a service order.(document type is "Order")
The error message is something like "The field Document No. of table Service Line contains a value (SER-ORD-00005943) that cannot be found in the related table (Service Header)."
I am pretty sure "SER-ORD-00005943" is a valid service order, and it exists in service header.
With the same API, I can insert a service line to a service quote. (document type is "Quote")
Does anyone have the similar experience? Thank you very much.
