Can anyone please send me any information regarding how to use power apps and could we used these power apps through our phone if yes then how?

This article explains how to get started with PowerApps in a Dynamics 365 context. PowerApps can run in a browser, on a phone, or on a tablet. You can download the PowerApps App from Google Play or the iTunes App Store.

Once the App is published, you can download Power App application from the app store and login with your o365 credential to access it.
