I am attempting to install MR CU 9 on a SQL 2012 server. When I try to run the installation I get the following error:
This app can't run on your PC. To find a version for your PC, check with the software publisher.
Any ideas?

It seems the issue was when I was clicking on the self extracting file. I ended up extracting it on my laptop and transferred all the individual files over to the client's server and the installation went well. All is working now.

What is your operating system ?
Are you on the Management Reporter setup file or when you install the prerequisite AccessDatabaseEngine ?

I guess you are trying to run 64 bit MR to 32 bit PC. please install the corresponding version of MR
