Setting Default Dashboard

I am trying to get "Customer Service Manager Dashboard" set as default, so whenever anyone clicks on Service Dashboards, it brings that dashboard up.

Despite me going into Settings > Customizations > Dashboards and clicking on the Customer Service Manager Dashboard and "set as default" and publish, it still brings up the "Customer Service Social Dashboard" as default everytime.

How can i fix this ?

Look into your dashboard security roles once. Customer Service Social Dashboard is available for everyone where as Customer Service Manager Dashboard is visible for few user roles. You can remove the security role for social Dashboard and test.

Then you go to Settings > Customizations > Dashboards and clicking on the Customer Service Manager Dashboard and "set as default" and publish

I have the same exact problem in the Sales App. Set a default dashboard in Settings > Customizations as you did, and I get the Social dashboard instead. Let you know if I get it figured.

Have you "pinned" "Customer Service Social Dashboard" as your default dashboard?
