A good afternoon, I want to place the firm logo in my signature

I read already a lot on the web, but I don't see a clear answer

because the signature you make in 365 is a text editor,

- I already tried to place the url (that I have copied from a website) but then it places the Url and not the logo in my signature.

- I also tried it with copying the image into the signature, but when you send it to a customer he can't see the picture, but I see the picture just before I send it

kindest regards

Koen

    Hi Koen,

    • Select the “Email Signatures” tab and select new to create a personal signature

    • Important: If you want this signature to automatically be inserted into your emails created within Dynamics, you must use the Set as Default button within the signature editing form to assign a signature to default automatically into any new email created within the tool.

    • Note: Copying and pasting embedded images from sources besides those accessible online is not currently supported in templates and signatures. For example, the Microsoft Logo below will work fine with templates and signatures If you right click on image and Copy Image, paste into Email Signature, because it is public available.

If you are not sure how to get your company image for example, check with your IT Team, Marketing Team or the person responsible for your  company website

Tip: If you can't find an online reference image that is 'signature sized',  you can try this workaround:

    1. While in the Email Signature editor in Dynamics, paste your online image.
    2. Hit F12 to get into browser DevTools.
    3. Select element in the page to inspect, by pressing Ctrl+Shift+C then select the image
    4. Right Click on image attribute and select Edit as HTML
    5. Add, for instance,  height="22.998px" width="107.998px" after img and before src.
