SL 2015 CU1 Web Apps - How to enter a future time card

In business portal it was common for our people to enter future time cards (to cover vacations, etc). I'm not seeing the same functionality in the web apps for SL2015 CU1. Is there a way and if so how, for us to enter a future timecard in Web Apps? The week ending dates are defined through the end of the current calendar year.

our webapps version is 2.01.11102.00 and I was told that the missing future TC feature is included in the hotfix 36517.
