10We want to connect to a different tenant.
I'm signed on as
user.name@bigbusiness.com with F&O in bigbusiness.com
Trying to configure Document management parameters/Sharepoint to site smallbusiness.sharepoint.com
pressing 'open sharepoint' works to smallbusiness.sharepoint.com as user has access and site enabled for search as per specifications.
'Test Sharepoint' fails, very quickly, with ' You are not authorised to connect to 'smallbusiness.sharepoint.com'
Seems 'too quick' to have made the journey to open so is it an internal message related to a privilege, I am admin.

with '
- The user is a typical user on the tenant, not an external user (for example, a user from another tenant).
Does not an external user mean that sharepoint MUST be in the F&O tenant?
