Hi All,
Im trying to make a workflow to auto approve the time entries as they are created. I dont want a project manager approval.
On Create of record on Project Approval, the workflow as is follows
if Project Approval:Record Stage Equals Submitted
Update Project Approval : Record Stage to Approved
It approves but hours does not add up in the actual hours of project. If approved manually it adds up to the actual hours.
What can be the possible issue or workaround?

I had a similar issue. Microsoft PSA seems to no longer allow changing the status of a time entry directly via a workflow.Now instead you need to use a standard PSA action to approve a time entry automatically. It resolved the issue for me.

This workflow has broken for me since I updated my dynamics instance. The system now seems to revert to only allowing Project Managers to approve time entries, despite this workflow being active, and having worked perfectly up to now. I have a lot of time entries now failing when submitted with this workflow to auto approve.
Any ideas what may have changed?
