I recently copied our Production environment into a Dev and QA sandbox environments. Within the Dev environment the subscription center does not recognize the contact when using an unsubscribe link from any of our Customer Journey emails. This is not an issue within the Production or the QA environments. I have gone through each environment and confirmed it is the same Marketing Page using the same marketing form. The content settings all have the same subscription center value which is pointing the the full page URL of the marketing page just mentioned. Also the Unsubscribe link in the emails being sent by the Customer Journeys are exactly the same. When clicking on the unsubscribe link in Dev, it does open to the correct Marketing page and displays the marketing form however the form does not auto populate with the Contact information like it does in the other environments. Is there anything else I may be missing that would cause this? Last option would be to copy the production environment into Dev again and see if that fixes the issue but wanted to check if there was anything else to try first.
