New dataverse search not finding all records

So I'm having an odd issue. I have a custom entity names "Job Sites". I have it enabled in dataverse search. It works and is able to find most records. However, there are some records that refuse to appear, however, they do appear in the suggested records. I have screen shots below

Here you can see the record appears in the suggested results

But when I click show more results, it does not appear. I believe "show more results" is supposed to... show more results... not less....

Anyone have a similar issue?

It looks the issue occurs for only custom entity and it may have some problem with customization.

I recommend you to raise a support ticket for further investigation if the issue still exists.
