[Scenario] Does the Workflow group process flows as per below?

Hi Community,

Given the setup below at User Group workflow, does it means that the process will be as follows:

"When requestor send a request, it will flows to Jane and Thomas, and depending on who approved the ticket first, after approved it will be send to Pete?"

[Scenario] Does the Workflow group process flows as per below?

Yes, based on your setup, when a request is sent, it will flow to both Jane and Thomas simultaneously. The request will then be sent to Pete for approval once either Jane or Thomas has approved it. This means that approval from only one of Jane or Thomas is required before the request moves to Pete.
