Automatic offers for costumers

Hello Dynamic-experts,

is it possible that i can select some of my costumers out of my contacts that will get after 12 months an automatically created offer for wear-parts?
I also need to see them in a queue or anywhere else that i can call them after they received the offer.

So if it is possible, can anybody explain me how the easiest/best way works to help me in this case?

    There are 2 main approaches:

    1. You could create a view that shows the customers where a given date field is within a range. If you have licenses for the sales module, I'd then add them to a marketing list and a campaign, but you could just work off the view. In you example of 12 months ago, you can use two conditions:
      1. Last X Months, where x = 12
      2. Older than X Months, where x = 11
    2. You could create a workflow that waited till 12 months after a given date, then creates a phonecall activity. There are a some slight drawbacks to having long running workflows; it's not so much the performance, but that CRM keeps the workflow definition from when the workflow starts
