My Senior Accountant spends a great deal of time generating 28 individual department PL reports in Management Reporter 2012, then emails each to relevant Head of Department.
I am new to Dynamics, does anyone have any tips/guidance on being able to email financial reports out of Management Reporter to users?

I checked with an MR specialist on the team.
In MR, you can generate reports to the “MR Report Viewer” or to a “Web Viewer”.
In MR Report Viewer, I see an ‘email’ option on the toolbar. It looks like this emails a ‘link’ to the report not the report itself. Meaning there is no pdf attachment or .doc attachment with the report, just a link to the report that was generated.
In Web Viewer, I don’t see an email option. If there is one, I don’t see it.
