Omnichannel Messages WebHook

Is there a webhook or an subscription model that can tell me when messages are sent to a customer in the chat channel? i am using OVA as well, the use case is that if a customer is in the mobile app and the app is not in the foreground then we will send a notification a new message is waiting

    Currently, You'll receive desktop notifications when the Customer Service workspace or Omnichannel for Customer Service app isn't in focus.
    The desktop notification helps ensure that you don't miss any conversation requests.
