Hi, our D365 version has not been updated to version 12 (December 2017 update) - we are still on US Dynamics NAV 11.0 (19103). Is there a force update process?

Hello,

There isn't any way for you to force the update. It's a rolling update across thousands of tenants and there is no way to give a time frame of when you'll get it. Typically it's around 2 weeks from release that everyone has it... but this can be impacted by various variables.
