GP on Azure An Internal Error Has Occurred

I have a GP Site deployed on Microsoft Azure. This site has been up and running now for several years with no changes. They login using RDP and over the weekend and this morning starting receiving the following error:

"An Internal Error Has Occurred"

No additional information is provided. Does anyone else have GP deployed on Azure and have you been receiving this message recently? Please advise.

A screenshot would be massively helpful in understanding what you are seeing.
