So in GP Im going to Transactions >> Student Billing >> Assign Charges >> choosing charge code from list than search for list ID >> Add List to Table and i can see all records so them I'm doing >> Export Charges (with little excel icon) >> status bar goes from grey to green and that is.. nothing else is happening..
