These arrow buttons in the timeline need to be in static location.

Since there is no way to truncate an email message when being added into the timeline, such that only the most recent email gets attached, this button needs to be moved somewhere else.  When this button is pressed the email message gets expanded to show its entirety.  This button moves to the bottom of the element expansion.  This is problematic when trying to view the history of a case and having to scroll to the bottom of email threads to either collapse or get to the next email in the history.  Email threads can get incredibly long.

Fair criticism, but the team does look at it and we have had internal discussions around being more transparent when ideas are implemented.  Regardless of the numbers, if you want to share your idea, this is your avenue to do it, so I'd hope that you'd feel comfortable doing so.

As I go to post I see this:

One implemented idea of 21,000.  Can't get our hopes up.

To animate layer content in timeline mode, you set keyframes in the Timeline panel, as you move the current-time indicator to a different time/frame, and then modify the position, opacity, or style of the layer content. Photoshop automatically adds or modifies a series of frames between two existing frames—varying the layer properties (position, opacity, and styles) evenly between the new frames to create the appearance of movement or transformation.

This is great feedback for the design team. Could you share it on the Ideas site here?: experience.dynamics.com/.../
