Hi Gurus ,
I see my order in advance find created from external system, however when i try to open , it throws me error on UI despite my order status is active which i can see in advance find .

Please check the following points.
1.Disable all the JS functions in your form onLoad event and re-open this order to check its status.
2.Disable all the business rules.
3.This error message looks like a custom error message, so please also check all the plug-ins.
4.Add a rule to set the order status to Active when creating records outside of D365.

I resolved it, as this was due to right data wasnt being set to MSD, I asked them to send data in primary field also as i send json from Crm and they modified json as per crm and it worked .
