Sandbox issues - Query builder Error

I just got done copying my production dynamics environment to my sandbox environment.

Says completed successfully, then I went in and took it out of admin mode.

Then I logged in to make sure everything transferred.

On a few entities I am getting "Query Builder Error" - specified fields doesn't exist in dynamics 365... etc.

When I look at the error log it says some fields are missing??

How is it possible that fields would be missing when I just did a copy from prod to sandbox?

Any ideas besides re-adding the missing fields on how to fix things? Or what would've caused it?

    So I went in again today to try to do the suggestions.. and everything is working??  I havent changed anything so not sure why?

    Hi Mattw112b,

    Thank you for the query.

    You should review the status of application components in the copy instance with external connections such as Yammer, email, plug-ins, custom workflow activities, etc.

    Background operations are disabled in the copy instance. Disabled operations include workflows and synchronization with Microsoft Exchange.

    Verify if you have any custom plugins in the copy instance and disable it.
