How to enable Web Resources Mobile Offline?

Hi All,

I've been trying to use the new Mobile Offline capability that was recently released for Public Preview. I was able to work my way through the entities and used different filters. However, for Web Resources, the same doesn't seem to work. I've enabled Web Resources on the SitreMap tab, the Web Resource itself.

However, it seem to not consider the Web Resource for offline functionality. Anything that I might be missing? Please advise.
