Change permission of user so they can only Receive a PO not invoice

Hi! I'm trying to have a user set up so that they can only 'Receive' a PO, and not 'Invoice' it (see screenshot below).

Is it possible to hide the option 'Invoice' and 'Receive and Invoice'? I tried going through permission sets but I can't get it to work.

    That would require a modification as the choices are preset and not controlled by permissions. Contact your Microsoft partner to progress or work with a developer in house if you have one. There is an event subscriber you can latch onto so that the options can be adjusted based on a chosen logic. In this case it could be a specific permission set or a field against a user setup required, for example.

    You have to change posting option using the EventSubscriber. We can't handle this by permission set
