Scenario: Company has a career page where all the jobs have to be posted. Through Talent attract when the recruiter activates and set the job is it possible to configure/Integrate the company's career link where the job is posted automatically.

Harsh Srivastava I have seen your replies on Attract, could you please suggest something as we have a client enquiry wherein where they want to create job on Attract and the recruiter should be able to publish it on company website career section as an example: www.xyzcomoany.com/careers

Thanks

I have the same question (0)

    Hello,

for the moment it is not possible to integrate with the company website, but it is possible to create something that would look like a company's page. This is how it will look like (check the second picture) docs.microsoft.com/.../company-career-site. This page can be linked to any hyperlink on your website, or you can even bring it to the website menu.

    regards,

Thanks for the update, have a sub question to your response: So the page which I make for the Company career page would add multiple jobs on the same page and not like having different link for different activated jobs which are published ?

Both. You will basically have a page with all the jobs. if the candidates click on the Job, they will see the job description and will see an "Apply button". All the jobs have also a direct link, which we can use to put directly on your website. But I would recommend putting the Company's job page directly on the site and use direct links only in some scenarios.

the job will have the following link: "jobs.talent.dynamics.com/.../<company_name>/<environment_number>/<job_number>/apply"

the Company jobs page will look like this: "jobs.talent.dynamics.com/.../<company_name>/"

here is another page on docs.microsoft.com for more info:

    docs.microsoft.com/.../career-site

Thanks Nicu Aleman, you have been very supportive in answering the question. As I don't have the comprehensive add on probably I cannot test it.

Tips: If you set up a trial environment you can activate the functionality (in Attract and in the admin center) and test it.

    Hi YBCRG

Further to the good answers already given, there is a way to take a vacancy posted in Attract and push it to a self-hosted careers site. All the information relating to the vacancy exists in the Common Data Service in an entity called Job Openings. If you use Flow, you can push information about the vacancy to other sources. I've set up website integrations for vacancy data using the Wordpress connector in Flow. Depending on how your website is built, you might to build your own custom connector for Flow, there's more info on how to do that here: docs.microsoft.com/.../register-custom-api. If you want people to apply directly in Attract you would still need the comprehensive hiring add on, as your direct apply link would effectively send them to the Attract careers site.

    Cheers

    Tom

Thanks Tom for giving a new perspective. How can you view the CDS for Talent. I tried logging in Power Apps with P2 license but couldn't locate the database/env for Talent instance. I have to check if I have the flow license. But you have made a really good point.

    Thanks
