Debit Memo in Payable Managment

Dears,

If i want to create a debit memo is payable managment - Payable Transaction Entry which document type i have to select. Options: Misc Charges OR what??

I have to increase my liability in order to make payment against that...

Suggestion is required.

Please enter Invoice as document type. This will help you in knocking off (Apply) the payment with Invoice.

Hi Junaid

I would recommend putting a dummy invoice or use Misc Charges , you can try both options in the test company and see if your happy with it.
