What Table Is Used on Close For Receipt inside Product Receipt and Deliver Remainder inside Purchase Order Line

Dear Experts,

i'm a junior developer of Dynamics AX 2012 R3, and i want to ask something about the problem i had right now.

i'm currently working on some code that can handle some action based on purchase order status and other parameters needed to decide what action should be taken. 

i want to know where the data is stored when user click on the close for receipt checkbox inside the Product Receipt Form, and when user used deliver remainder form inside the purchase order

Can you give me some advice, what kind of tables, classes, or other things i can look?

    Following form, table and query names are used "Closed for receipt" option.
