Edit Primary Address on Account

I have a custom field on our customeraddress form.

But I cannot figure out how to display the primary address so I can edit this field.

When I add a new address and set it to primary it stops me and tells me it is a duplicate.

So how do I change the primary address to a different type.

The form only displays other addresses but excludes the primary one.

So frustrated

    Hi partner,

    Address entity does not display in the Dynamics 365 navigation bar, but we can find and edit it with editing Site Map.

    Go to Settings->Customizations->Customize the System and then find "Site Map" under "Client Extensions".

    Add a Subarea.

    Set the new Subarea as Address entity and then save&publish.

    Now we can see Address entity under Sales Area.

    Go to the Address view and open a record, we can edit the type on the form.
