Booking status new field mapping or new groupping.

Hello everyone, i want to create new status for Field service Active booking. " reserve"
However, i want this to be automatically mapped to - Open -Not Scheduled status in work order.
When i create new it can only be mapped to existing FieldService optionSet , if i add a new option it maps default to Open-Scheduled status in work order. Is there any way i can map it to Open-Unscheduled in work order?
Any help how can i achieve that?

IF not i can chose cancell in the option set but i would like remove the grouping of it in Scheduling interface, is that possible?
