Handling multiple customizations to the same window.

I've created my own extension table for inventory and for customers and I'd like to show the new fields on the item maintenance window and customer maintenance window. But there is a third part product that also modifies the customer maintenance window. How do I handle installing and updating their product? Must I remove my customization every time prior to install/update theirs and then re-apply mine?

    You can not update their product.

    Can you explain how you have worked on your customization?  How come you have both your customization and other customization?
