Good afternoon, I am the first to admit, I am a dummy when it comes to what I need to do in order to get a server for Dynamics GP. I would greatly appreciate anyone who can offer some insight with what I need. We are a VERY small company (4 employees) and are just starting up. Dynamic Great Plains was already purchased when I started last week. I have been tasked to assist the third party company who has been hired to install and set up GP. The 3rd party company needs from us, first and foremost, is a server. All I know is that I need to find a colo server... I do know what a colo server is but beyond that, I know NOTHING about what kind of server (if that even applies) and I have NO clue where to even look for a colo server. Can someone please provide some insight as to what I need to do in order to find a colo server for Dynamic GP as soon as humanly possible??!!!??? Thank you so much for any help anyone can provide. I'm not real technical, so I've never heard of a colo server either, so I googled it. In quotes is what I found:

"Colo stands for colocation which means you own the machine on the rack but you rent the internet connection. Typically colos have excellents pipes, meaning no shitty router or connection hooking you to the outside."
