Real Time Service Failed CSU installation on dev VM

I am trying to install CSU on one of our development VM for debugging an issue on sandbox environment. After restoring sandbox environment, I run retail retargeting tool and made some configuration changes to install CSU on dev VM. It installs the channel database, async client service but on the last health check step it is throwing an error and on checking health check I found real time service error:
 
 
 
In the event viewer, it is showing that error:
