Hi,
we are unable to create a report to list all activitivies already developed on a case; if we create a report using 'Report Wizard' and choose 'Activitivies' entity, so we can choose the desired fields to see but when we open that case and choose to run this report, it shows no results.
Can someone describe what should be the steps (for our review ) just to check if we did something wrong here?

Hi Renato,
Here are some screenshots of the important steps when creating the Wizard Report:
After the report is created, click Run Report in the function bar of the Case form to select the created report.
