Historical Stock Status Report Problem

Our company is running Dynamics GP 10.0.

When running a Historical Stock Status report (my latest example was run this morning for a date of 9/15/08), the numbers that the report is pushing out do not match the Item Stock Inquiry's ending inventory for the same date. When digging in to find which is correct, the Item Stock Inquiry screen is always right. I am beyond confident that all transactions through the 15th have been entered and posted.

Is the Historical Stock Status report pulling additional information? Why are the quantities different? The quantities aren't even close to correct.

There can be a variety of issues going on, and it would probably take someone looking at what you are looking at. If you can, I would start a case with MS support or contact your consultant.
