I'm trying to setup omnichannel conversation search. I'm following MS guide https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/dynamics365/customer-service/oc-search-transcipts but the issue is that when this guide states that conversation form should open I can only see the Note form and download the conversation as a txt file.
What am I missing? The search is working properly meaning that I can find using words from conversation but I cant use search to open conversation forms.
When I search using the customer name then I can find conversations too and it opens as conversation form but not with actual chat contents.
