I have come across an interesting scenario, where someone can add information to my knowledge, as I haven’t seen this earlier.
- We have a client who were on AX2012 RTM
- Recently we updated them to R3-CU13.
During UAT we found an issue, which is about Export to excel.
- If Export to excel is being performed in RTM version, it shows totals for amount/number type columns in the exported excel sheet.
- But if the same thing is performed in R3-CU13 totals do not appear for any columns.
I have never seen any settings in any version of AX, for this kind of stuff.
This is normal Export to Excel operation that one performs every day, using Ctrl+T
