Hello there,
It's me again. Is there a way in Business rules configuration wherein I can configure to get user's time spent on a web page in our portal? My task is to get the duration of the user he/she spent when it clicked a knowledge article and was redirected to a page.
Thank you,
rome

Hello, Goutam!
I didn't finish the video and just watched the 10mins of it from 42:00 because it is also referring to DCI.
Currently planning to inject a Jscript to get this duration value now. Hopefully it will work.
BTW, thank you man for replying on my posts here. Great help and saved me a lot of time from my previous posts. (Y)
Kind regards,
rome
Hello Rome ,
I am not sure you may already know , may this will help you -
Its big video try to watch from 42:00 min .
I believe this DCI requires a license and currently MS won't let us use it for now. :(
Hi Rome,
I am not sure about the duration but you can view user’s journey on a portal before and after creating a case.
docs.microsoft.com/.../view-user-activity
Thanks
Justin Jose
