HI, while trying the change the order type from SALE ORDER to JOURNAL, the below error appears
Hi Sriram,
The error message is typically there when there exists a sales line on the sales order where line status is either "Delivered", "canceled" or invoiced. Check all the lines and see if the status is one of the mentioned above.
Also, you can try creating a new order and you should be able to change order statuses back and forth.
