margin alert for sales order by item and customer

Hi All,

I already setup the margin alert for sales order but now i want to know if i can define special margin per customer or item . for example in setup for margin alert in sales order i define the acceptable sales trade margin alert is 40 % but i want to define another margin for some customer . for example in case the customer x or  item y the acceptable sales trade margin alert is 20 %.

i have another problem when the margin not acceptable it not stopped me to confirm the sales order so what should i do to make the ax stopped me to confirm the sales order?

and haw to send notification by mail with the margin alert.

    Hi Nourhan,

    Thanks for confirmation. This feature has one generic margin only. You can consider a customization to meet your requirements.

    Can you tell how you currently did the margin check for sales order? Are you using the call center features as described here? docs.microsoft.com/.../set-up-override-permissions
