As mentioned in the title, the problem is that I cannot access neither Customer or Partner Source websites in Internet Explorer 9.
I tried to delete temp files, cookies etc, to restore adv settings, reset IE settings... none of these helped.
When accessing the links mbs.microsoft.com/customersource and https://mbs2.microsoft.com/ the redirect to the login URL is not made and the browser displays that cannot display the webpage.
However with Firefox, on the same computer, I can access the CS/PS extranets without any problem, but I cannot use File Transfer Manager with it so I'm stuck with this issue...
