No option to chose Quote on Business Process Stage

Back on the Opportunity, clicking next stage brings up the small box to "Select Quote" to move the stage forward. This is not showing now in Dynamics 356.

Just like in Lead form a box appears to select Opportunity when moving from Qualify to Develop stage, how will a box appear for selecting a Quote and than Order on opportunity form? Wasn't this an OOB functionality before?

The "Select XYZ" option will only show if the Business Process Flow continues with the next stage on the XYZ (e.g. Quote) entity. You can edit the BPF to include an additional stage that includes the Quote entity.

But why it shows me Lead To Opportunity Sales Process even though I am on Opportunity entity?

It should show me Opportunity Sales Process? Shouldn't it?

I qualified this lead and it became an opportunity that is why it is still showing me Lead to Opportunity Sales Process rather than Opportunity Process which is not the case when I directly create a NEW opportunity. Anyway to automatically change it to Opportunity Sales Process even when opportunity is created as a qualified lead ?

There are 2 separate processes. One is called Lead to Opportunity Process which starts fron the Lead entity and continues on the Opportunity entity after Lead Qualification, This is used when you start by entering a Lead and Qualifying it as an Opportunity. Then there is a process called Opportunity Sales Process which is active when you enter an Opportunity directly without qualifying it from a Lead.
