Outlook client CRM tracker is showing its tracked but on CRM online its not showing - Only one user impacted other do not have the issue

One of our staff from the start was able to track on outlook client but nothing showing in CRM online.

In outlook it shows its tracked to a regarding.

No error come up when tracked.

I have reinstalled the CRM client tracker same issue.

I have setup on a different PC - same issue. Seem like issue not in the PC but her CRM account.

The trace log shows :

    Thanks antc , I heard from my manager we are not able to log as its cost money we are only to use it for major issues??

    Any way is there anyone else have any ideas ?

    Yes SR Service Request. They will screen share and get you to perform tasks.

    Sorry what's a SR ? if its ticket to Microsoft - I'm not sure how they will treat one user issue ?

    Yeah I have change the profile to no avail.

    It seem's the issue is a CRM user profile but cannot see any issue on it.

    I have ran diagnostics - its say i'm not using the latest version of the add in but all other 200 user same add in version and works for them.

    Have you created a SR with Microsoft may be easier?

    I don't know enough about reading the Outlook logs although it's obviously getting the right regarding GUID as seen in logs and screenshot. We have had bizarre issues that have been sometime resolved by reinstalling Dynamics Addin, cleaning up Windows Credentials etc. Have you tried a new Outlook profile with a working user on same PC?

    I have also had success with some of there Diagnostic software.

    Yes I have approved the user email few times too, but I can see the users that works do not even have the user mail box test and approve.

    Does it show anything at the bottom of tracked emails?

    Have you checked User email and approved them and tested Mailbox?
