Regression Suite Automation Tool (RSAT) in non admin mode.

I am trying to get a Azure hosted Windows 10 virtual desktop, to run the RSAT tool in a non admin mode. I have followed the two MS articles below.

However In my many attempts to get this running as a regular non admin user, I cannot get past the error below.

1: Has anyone actually got this working, following the two MS document on the latest version of the tool (2.4.11641.99). I have tried with both the downloaded lifecycle services certs and using the makecert.exe from the Windows 10 sdk to generate manual configured authentication certificates. One observation the doc states when you use makecert.exe to generate your self signed cert you will be prompted for a password this prompt does not happen.

2: Do you actually need to complete all the RSAT settings properties prior to trying the non admin mode? Or can these be amended by the non admin user in non admin mode?
