Hello,

I have a batchjob and I have ticked an option for e-mail notification when error occurs

Bit I don't get e-mails. Other e-mails are correctly sent around the system. I have read that it can be something to do with e-mail templates but I haven't found where to set up it.

When I look in the notification screen at the completed jobs they are not shown as alert by email.

Can you pls help me? What can cause e-mail not sending?

Hello Ludwig,

Yes it works. The form for the notifications I posted above shows info from the table EventInbox and there is SenEmail field which is not ticked for some reason. I think this is the problem. I checked other users in EventInox and for some users SendEmail field is ticked and I suspect that they get emails.

Do you get any email notifications from your system?

That is, do you receive other email notifications that are not related to batch jobs?
