Codeunit Assert is not reachable

Hey guys,

I am creating a test codeunit and in that I would like to use the standard codeunit "Assert" like Microsoft does it here:

I developed my own extension, created in VSC a dependency to it and downloaded the symbols. I installed the test toolkit, so what is missing?

Do you have any ideas?

    I faced the same issue for all test-tool related codeunits and in the end I found out that my test toolkit wasn't somehow properly installed. Try a fresh installation with test-toolkit included and see if you can use Assert codeunit there.

    Let me know if any further help is required.

    Hey Mohsin, the solution was to add the property "test" with the version 13.0.0.0 to my app.json-file. In the same way like you do this for platform and application.
