Unable to reverse a GJ journal

Hi MS Community!
 
My client has processed a GJ journal dated 30/04 for accrual posting.
 
 
However, when they try to reverse this journal using the Reverse entire journal option and choosing the 01/05 date, they're getting an error message that the journal is not reversible.
 
 
I'm not sure what am I missing.
 
April-24 is closed, May-23 is open.
Account type is Ledger on all lines.
Ledger accounts are not put on hold or restricted for posting ...
